COVID-19 EVENT PROTOCOL
Please be aware that we will be requiring use of the Cleared4 app for guests to record their vaccination or negative COVID test 48 hours prior to the event date.
Thank you for supporting the Indianapolis Discovery Ball! We cannot wait to celebrate with you Saturday, November 13th at the JW Marriott Indianapolis downtown.
The health and safety of our immune compromised supporters, volunteers, staff and community at-large are of the utmost importance. Therefore, we will be requiring all individuals attending this year’s Discovery Ball to be fully vaccinated with either one dose of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine or two-doses of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine OR provide a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event. We will be using Cleared4, an app that guests will be required to record their vaccination or negative COVID test. The link for Cleared4 has been sent to all registered guests.
